Ingrédients pour le croustillant aux pommes:

4 tasses de pommes tranchées
1/3 de tasse de sucre
2 c. à soupe de farine
1/2 c. à thé de cannelle
1 c. à soupe de margarine ou de beurre
2 c. à soupe de jus de citron


La garniture :

3/4 de tasse de cassonade
3/4 de tasse de farine tamisée
1/3 tasse de beurre dur ou margarine
1/8 c. à thé de sel

1. Disposez les pommes dans un moule bien beurré.

2. Mélangez le sucre, la farine, la cannelle et la margarine ou le beurre en dés et répandez ce mélange sur les pommes.

3. Versez le jus de citron par-dessus.

4. Pour préparer la garniture: Mélangez la cassonade, la farine, le beurre ou la margarine en dés, le sel.

5. Étendez sur les pommes et faites cuire dans le four à 325º F. pendant 1 heure.

Servez chaud! C'est délicieux!
