1 whole chicken, washed and patted dry
Tony's Seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon
Lemons halves for the juiced lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450-500º.
Season chicken liberally with Tony's. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon inside and over the chicken. Place 1/2 the lemon in the cavity of the chicken. Place chicken in Dutch oven. Do not cover. Brown chicken to your liking. Once brown, cover with lid and turn off oven. Leave in oven for 2 hours

This is the moistest chicken ever. Use whatever seasoning you like. The chicken steams itself and almost falls off the bone!!!!!!!!!! Big hit with all who have tried this!
