1/3 c. Pesto
2 T. Red wine vinegar
2 T. Olive oil
Bag of tortellini - cooked
Chicken meat -cooked and chopped
Tomatoes
Peppers - red/yellow chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Walnuts - toasted & chopped - optional

Directions:
Mix pesto sauce, red wine vinegar & olive oil together in a small bowl. Put tortellini, chicken, tomatoes & peppers in a large bowl. Add sauce and mix. Add salt, pepper, walnuts and Parmesan cheese, mix and serve
