1/4 c. walnuts - toasted
1 1/2 T. garlic chopped
2 c. basil leaves
1 c. parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2-3/4 c. olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put walnuts, garlic, basil leaves, parsley & Parmesan cheese in food processor. Start mixing/blending and add olive oil as it goes.
Will keep in fridge for two weeks. Put in sealed container with a layer of olive oil over the top.

To toast walnuts: put in 350º oven for approx 5 min.
