500 g de fraises
150 ml de vin rouge fruité
150 ml d'eau
25 g de sucre
1 gousse de vanille
3 yogourts nature

Directions:
Directions:

1. Laver les fraises à l'eau froide avant de les équeuter.

2. Dans une casserole, verser le vin, l'eau, le sucre et la gousse de vanille fendue en deux.

3. Laisser infuser pendant 10 minutes, puis y faire pocher les fraises pendant 5 minutes.

4. Laisser refroidir.

5. Enlever la gousse de vanille, mettre les fraises et le sirop dans le mélangeur, ajouter les yogourts et mixer.

6. Verser le velouté de fraises dans un saladier et laisser refroidir au réfrigérateur.

7. Servir extrêmement frais.
