1 lb. chopped beef
½ lb. sausage (hot)
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. rice, cooked
1 can tomato soup
8 to 10 cabbage leaves
2½ c. water (1 c. if pressure cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves. Let stand for 5 minutes. Let drain. Season meat, add onion, rice and eggs. Roll a portion of filling into each leaf, fasten ends with toothpicks. Place gently in kettle. Pour tomato soup and water over rolls. Cover, set control at 15 and cook 6 minutes if pressure cooked. If not, cook until the cabbage leaves are tender.
