1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/4 of cup water
1 cup of buttermilk (room temperature)
3/4 cup of butter
6 eggs
3 cups of white sugar
1 1/2 T of margarine (softened)
3 cups of bread flour
1 T of salt
1 1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 1/2 T of baking powder
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
2 tsp of active dry yeast
3 cups of dried cranberries
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 T of orange zest
2 1/4 cups of orange juice

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Grease 8 x 4 inch loaf pan
3. Blend butter, sugar and eggs together.
4. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
5. Add to wet ingredients alternating with orange juice.
6. Mix in orange rind, cranberries and walnuts.
7. Stir until combined and pour into prepared pans.
8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
