1 lb. Oreo Cookies,
1/2 cup butter:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream,
1 1/2 cups spanish peanuts,
2 cups powdered sugar,
1 1/2 cups carnation evaporated milk,
2/3 cup chocolate chips,
1/2 cup butter,
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos and mix with 1/2 C. melted butter. Pack into a 9x13 and refrigerate 1 hour.

Slice ice cream over frozen cookie layer and spread to smooth out. Put peanuts over ice cream layer and freeze.

In a sauce pan mix the powdered sugar, evaporated milk, 1/2 cup butter and chocolate chips. Boil 8 minutes. Add vanilla. Cool and pour over first mixture. Freeze.
