1 t yeast
1/4 c warm water
2 c liquid, water, milk or some of each
2 T butter, melted
4 T molasses
1 T salt
1 c flour made up of whole wheat, wheat germ, oat meal or cracked wheat.
5 c bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Add 2 cups of liquid (I use half water and half milk)
and the butter, molasses and salt. Add 1 cup of your choice of whole wheat, wheat germ, oat meal, or cracked wheat or a mixture of your choice.
Add 5 cups bread flour.
Knead until smooth. Let raise one hour until double. Divide in half and put into greased bread pans and let raise 45 minutes to one hour.
Bake 45 minutes at 350º.
