1 pkg active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm milk
combine and let stand
2.5 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup margarine, use at least 1/2 butter then add to the above yeast mixture. Then add 2 eggs. Divide into portions and roll out if too sticky. I use 2- 10 and 11 inch rounds to divide into 4 equal portions. Grease pan (i use pam) Push crust into bottom of pan.

Filling: 3- 8 oz pkg of cream cheese. Two small eggs- 1.5 cups sugar, 1.5 tsp vanilla. Cream and spread onto first layer. Cover with second layer of dough.
Crumble on top: 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup butter, 3/4 cup flour. COVER and let rise 2 hours. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes lightly browned.
