2 1/4 T de leche
2 huevos
1/2 T de aceite vegetal
4 c de polvo de hornear
1 1/2 C de azúcar
1 pizca de sal

Directions:
Se mezclan todos los ingredientes en un recipiente. Se deja reposar un par de minutos antes de comenzar a hacer los hot cakes.
Se pone PAM o mantequilla a un sarten y ya que esta caliente, se hacen los hot cakes o los waffles en una wafflera.

A mi me gusta ponerle a la masa nueces finamente picadas, plátano molido y a mis hijos les gusta que pongamos chispas de chocolate.
