3 T de mantequilla suavizada
3/4 C azúcar
1 huevo
1 clara de huevo
1 T de yogurt de vainilla
1/3 C de salsa de manzana sin azúcar
2 C. aceite vegetal
2 c. estracto de vainilla
2 T de harina
1 c de polvo de hornear
1/2 c de baking soda
1/2 c sal
1 1/2 T de manzanas peladas y partidas en trozos pequeños
2 C de nueces finamente partidas
1 C de azúcar morena
1/2 c de canela molida
1/8 c de especies molidas (allspice)**

En un reciepiente grande se bate la mantequilla con el azúcar como 2 min. Se añade el huevo entero, la clara de huevo, el yoghurt, la salsa de manzana, aceite, y vainilla hasta que quede una mezcla uniforme.
Se combinan los ingredientes secos; y se añaden a la mezcla batida.
Se vacía en un molde previamente engrasado con PAM, se espolvorean por encima las manzanas y las nuces.
Se combinanael azúcar morena, canela y las especies y se espolvorean arriba de las manzanas con nuez.
Se mete al horno a 375 grados F por 47 a 52 min. o hasta que se inserte un palillo y salga limpio.

** En USA se vende el "allspice" pero si no tienes, puedes hacer una mezcla con un poco de gengibre molido, canela molida y nuez moscada. Se pone la misma cantidad de cada una para que queda uniforme y ya mezcladas las tres, entonces se pone la cantidad que requiere la receta.
