2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c crushed crackers or bread crumbs, 1/2 chopped onion or 3 t dried onion flakes, 1/2 t ground mustard, 1/8 t pepper, 1 lb cooked ground ham or turkey ham, 1 lb ground pork or sausage.

Mix together well, form into loaf. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Baste with mixture of 1/2 c vinegar, 1/2 c water, 1 c brown sugar, 1 t dry mustard, brought to boil. Baste every 15 minutes.
