Directions:
Directions:
Fry your sausage with some onions till nice and browned. Place in a food chopper and pulse till it becomes small crumbles. Set aside and make your white sauce. Melt butter and add flour. Using a wire whisk stir in. Blend in the milk and keep stirring till sauce gets thickened. Once it gets to a good consistency add your cooked sausage. Season to taste with some poultry seasoning or sage. Serve with Grand's Biscuits and a fried egg.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My Uncle Terry White makes the best sausage gravy I have ever tasted. The secret is in the sausage and the seasoned flour. If you can't find Neeses, Jimmy Dean's sage is pretty good. The Kentucky Kernel may be hard to find too. If you can't buy this, try using a pkg of Jimmy Dean's country gravy and follow the directions on the pkg. Add extra sage to it. This one's for you Johnny!
