14 oz Kraft carmels
2/3 c. evaporated milk - divided
18 oz chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt carmels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk, mix well.
Mix cake mix, margarine and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Put 1/2 of cake mix into 9x13 (greased & floured) pan. Bake 6 min (till firm). Remove from oven. Pour carmel mixture over cake. Top with nuts and chocolate chips if desired. Drop lumps of remaining cake mixture over carmel mixture. Bake 10-12 min til brownies are done.
