4 lamb fries
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Breading mix
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Skin fries and cut into quarters. Marinate for an hour in olive oil and lemon juice. Dry them and roll in breading. Saute in butter until golden brown.

Serve with tomato sauce.
