Crust:
1 c graham crumbs
1/2 c melted butter

Topping:
2 c cranberries
1 c sugar
1/2 c water
2 T marmalade or jam (optional)

Filling:
1 250 gram pkg cream cheese
1/2 icing sugar
1 t vanilla
1 c whipping cream (unwhipped)

Directions: Crust: mix ingredients together and press into bottom of 8 x 8 pan.

Topping: simmer sugar, cranberries and water together for 20 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and add jam if using. Cool while you make the filling.

Filling: Beat cream cheese with electric mixer for a minute or so. Add unwhipped whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla. Beat till smooth.

Assemble:
Spread filling over crust. Pour topping over filling. Cool in fridge for 8 hours or so.
