Minute Steaks.
Onion.
Tomato Soup.
Flour.
Salt and Pepper.
Cooking Oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Flour and Salt and Pepper in Plastic Bag. Coat Minute Steaks with flour mixture. Set aside. Saute onion in oil, in med to large Skillet. Add floured Steaks. Brown
both sides. Add Tomato Soup,bring to light boil,then simmer for 1 to 1/2 hours. You may also use round steak, if you want, but then it would need to cook longer.You can make as many as you want just add more ingredients.

Another receipe from Mom, Grandma Pat Sr. Unable to give complete measurements, as I have made for so long, I do not have a receipe.. It is very good. When mom served it she would tell us that we were having Strawberry Gravy. I don't know about the rest, but I always believed her. (Mom is Grandma Pat in Heaven.)
