1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. molasses
3 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c. boiling water
2 c. blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Grease muffin tin.
Cream butter, sugar, eggs & molasses. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry mixture to creamed mixture alternately with water. (Add blueberries with last addition of flour mixture) Spoon into muffin tins. Bake 10 min. or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 5 min. Loosen muffins, tilt sideways, let cool completely.
