4 oz. sharp grated cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
garlic salt to taste
oregano to taste
egg whites
3 c. corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in half and remove seeds. Mix following ingredients: sharp cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt and oregano very well. Stuff mixture into pepper halves. Coat stuffed peppers with egg whites. Mix 3 cups corn flakes in a gallon zip-lock bag and crunch them up. Roll stuffed peppers in corn flakes. Spray cookie sheet and single layer peppers. Bake at350º for approximately 30 minutes.
