2 c. sugar
1 T. butter
2 T. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Cook milk and sugar to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add rest of ingredients except Cheerios. Stir until starts to thicken then pour onto two buttered plates or wax paper. You can add some cheerios before you pour it. Need heavy pan big enough so sugar & milk mixture can boil hard. Don't over cook. Just to good soft ball stage (a little mixture dropped in cold water and it can be made into soft ball).
