6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 box of light brown sugar
3-4 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick of butter
6 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes for about 30-45 minutes, cool potatoes, peel an slice layering bottom of 9x13 Pyrex dish. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, sprinkle over potatoes. Slice butter and place over potatoes. Sprinkle orange juice over potatoes. Place in oven and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
