Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and sour cream. Chill until firm. Place 2-3 tablespoons of mixture on lower third of tortilla in a row. Roll tortilla around mixture, starting at short side. Place on plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

When read to serve, heat chili in a sauce pan. Place 2 previously prepared tortilla rolls on one half of a microwave-safe dinner plate. Cover entirely with chili; sprinkle generously with shredded cheese. Use plate cover and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on full power. Remove from oven and places chopped iceberg lettuce and tomatoes on the cool side of the plate (yes, it will still be cool).
Serve immediately.

Personal Notes:
You'll need to set up an assembly-line if you're serving several people and get another ready while the first is microwaving. I used to make homemade chili for this, but the Wolf brand works great!
