Ingredients: 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 16 oz. sour cream 10 -12 flour tortillas (6") 2 cans Wolf Brand Chili w/o beans 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Iceberg lettuce Tomatoes

Directions: |
Directions:Mix together cream cheese and sour cream. Chill until firm. Place 2-3 tablespoons of mixture on lower third of tortilla in a row. Roll tortilla around mixture, starting at short side. Place on plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When read to serve, heat chili in a sauce pan. Place 2 previously prepared tortilla rolls on one half of a microwave-safe dinner plate. Cover entirely with chili; sprinkle generously with shredded cheese. Use plate cover and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on full power. Remove from oven and places chopped iceberg lettuce and tomatoes on the cool side of the plate (yes, it will still be cool). Serve immediately. |

Notes: You'll need to set up an assembly-line if you're serving several people and get another ready while the first is microwaving. I used to make homemade chili for this, but the Wolf brand works great!
