1 round steak
1/2 tsp Montreal steak spice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 c. spinach, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Dredge steak in flour. Pound steak until flour is absorbed.
Sprinkle steak with dry seasonings. Brown in oven. Add soup & mustard. Add onions, peppers & mushrooms. Toss to coat. Reduce heat to 300º F. Cook 45 - 60 min. Remove from oven. Stir in spinach. Serve over rice or noodles.
