10 tbsp butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 c. Nutella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325° F. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners.

Cream together butter & sugar until light & fluffy, 2 min. Add eggs one at a time, beat vigorously after each. Add vanilla.

Stir in flour, salt & baking powder until just blended.

Using an ice cream scoop, fill each muffin tin 3/4 full.

Top each muffin with 1 1/2 tsp of Nutella. Swirl Nutella with a toothpick, folding a little batter up & over the Nutella.

Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
