6 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 cup white sugar
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tablespoon flour
1-egg-beaten
1 tb. white vinegar
1-8 oz. container of cool whip
1-cup-chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, over medium heat, stir together the egg, flour, sugar, vinegar, and pineapple. Cook about six minutes, until thick. Set aside to cpmpletely cool.

In a large serving bowl, fold together the pineapple mixture and cool whip. Mix in the apple and 1/2 cup pecans. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
