1 T. oleo
1 T. flour
1 c. Carnation©. milk
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cheese (Velveeta©.)
2 oz. jar pimento
2 c. hot chicken broth

Make white sauce of oleo, flour & milk. Add pimento (chopped) plus broth chicken & macaroni, salt & pepper. Bake in buttered casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350 º

Original recipe from Aunt Violet (Edwards) Fling. This was a favorite of mine when visiting Aunt Violet when I was a kid. Mom often cooked this for Sunday dinner, cooking in a low oven while we went to Church (Debbie Westervelt Gerwick).
