Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bacon chopped (optional)
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. diced garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 packet chili seasoning
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 14oz. can diced tomatoes
1 14oz. can chili beans in gravy not drained (or pinto beans drained)
1 14oz. can red kidney beans drained
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan brown the beef and bacon; drain the fat when you’re done. To the beef, add the chopped onion and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes. When the onion becomes translucent, add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until time to serve, the longer the better.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like using the diced tomatoes with jalapeños in them to give some heat. Water works fine instead of beer, but I have found that beer gives a little more flavor.
