2-3 c. cooked chicken-cubed
2 c. chicken broth
1 small can of diced green chilies
8 oz. sour cream
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
pepper to taste
8 oz. shredded cheddar or Monterrey jack cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. of large soft tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in butter. Mix flour into sour cream. Stir sour cream mixture into onions. Mix in the chicken broth, green chilies, and pepper. Cook until bubbly and somewhat thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 c. cheese.
Take 1/2 c. of sauce made above and put over chicken in a bowl and mix. Divide chicken mixture evenly and place on each tortilla shell. Roll shell and place seam down into greased baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Put remaining cheese on top.
Bake 30 mins at 350º
