1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta© cheese
1/2 c. cocoa
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cheese over low heat (double boiler or microwave). In large bowl mix powdered sugar and cocoa. Pour hot butter/cheese mixture over the sugar and cocoa mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add vanilla and nuts. Press into a 9x13 pan. Put in refrigerator 15 minutes before cutting.
