1 beef heart
3 qt. water
2 pts. cream
Spices:
bay leaves
3 T pickling spices
Dill
1 T caraway seed
onion
2 cloves of garlic
some salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add spices together and tie into bag of thin cloth.
Place beef heart into water with spice bag and slow cook until done.
Remove heart from water. Discard spice bag. Cut up heart and place back into water. Add about 2 pts cream. Thicken with a little starch if you want and you can add some yellow or green beans or shredded carrots if you like. Vegs can be cooked ahead of time if you want.
