1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 1/2-2 lbs. ground beef, turkey, or shredded chicken
1-2 cans sliced mushrooms
1-2 cans diced green chilies
1-2 cans chopped black olives
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-2 lbs. shredded cheese of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat and drain. Add taco seasoning. Put spoonful of meat, mushrooms, olives, chilies, and cheese on tortilla. Roll tortilla and place in well greased 9X13 pan. Repeat until tortillas and meat are all gone. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over enchiladas. Top with any remaining chilies, mushrooms, black olives, and cheese.
Bake at 350º for 30 mins or until heated through.
