1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup strong black coffee
1/2 cup butter
4 oz. bittersweet chocolate
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a 9 x 13 in pan with cooking spray.
In a blender or food processor, grind black beans with coffee until smooth, set aside.
In a double boiler over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar together. Add melted chocolate and black bean mixture, vanilla, and salt and mix well. Add flour and mix on low speed until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool, then cut into 24 pieces and serve.
