1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg (4 serving size) jello vanilla or French vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
1 cup water
4 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, coarsely chopped
20 Kraft caramels unwrapped
1/4 cup milk

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Grease and flour a 12 cup fluted tube pan or 10 in tube pan
3. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
4. Beat on high speed 2 mins
5. Gently stir in apples
6. Pour in prepared pan.
7. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Cool 20 min, remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack
9. Microwave caramels and milk in microwave safe bowl on high 1 1/2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds until blended.
10. Cool 10 minutes until slightly thickened
11. Drizzle over cake.
