I put all ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag, seal and shake. This makes enough to use. keep, and hand out to friends, It will be your favorite rub in no time. I use it all the time. It was shared with me by my good friend Roger Houston, who cooks with me alot on fundraisers and charity events. Use liberally, good on ribeye sandwiches, london Broils, etc. Use at least an hour before cooking.

Personal Notes:
This Prime rib rub is the best. It will become your "Go To" seasoning. Don't be shy, use liberally. When you think you put on too much, shake on a little bit more!
