1 white cake mix (bake according to package, can use whole eggs)

Pineapple filling:
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter

Cream Cheese Icing:
1 stick margarine
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
For Pineapple filling:
1. Drain pineapple - keep the juice
2. Add sugar and butter to pineapple juice
3. Cook until thick then add pineapple pulp and spread on middle of the cake between layers.

For Cream Cheese Icing:
1. Mix all ingredients together well and spread on top and sides of cooled cake
