Sauce for Ribs:
3 med onions
1 1/2 c catsup
2 c water
3 T vinegar
3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 qt. tomatoes
2 T mustard
3 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredients in pan over med heat until well mixed.
Put ribs in a roasting pan uncovered for 1 1/2 hours @ 350. Drain off fat. Cover ribs with sauce and cook for an additional hour in covered roaster, basting frequently. Then uncover and continue baking for 1/2 hour.

I think she would have Harry buy a rack of ribs to fill the roasting pan. Harry Zelenka became our step dad when I was about 8 years old. He was a good guy.
