Using leftover roast and gravy from crockpot recipe
1 can corn
1 large can Veg-all (garden style)
1 can of diced tomatoes with chilies
left over rice

Directions:

Mix all above ingredients together and simmer over low heat. May add additional diced tomatoes or any other vegetable that you may desire.
