Prepared batch of corn bread batter
about 1/2 c. canola or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat up a frying pan with about 1/2 c. canola or vegetable oil. Drop batter into hot oil by the 1/3 cup.
Let it pan fry on medium heat for a minute or 2 per side, you want the sides a crunchy golden brown.
Serve them hot with honey and cold milk to drink. It will change your life! :)

This is my all time family favorite. My dad used to make this, and I think my grandma Goldie used to make it for him as a kid in North Carolina.
