1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. frozen chopped broccoli or (one bunch of
fresh broccoli, lightly cooked)
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small can of sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 (8 oz.) tubes refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add broccoli, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir and heat through.
Unroll one tube of dough on greased baking sheet, forming a 12x8" rectangle. On each side, cut 1-inch-wide strips 3 inches into the center of rectangle. Spread half of beef mixture down center. Starting at one end of rectangle, fold alternating strips at an angle across the filling. Seal the ends. Repeat with the second tube of dough on a second, greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
