1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion, Chopped
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 (29 oz.) Tomato Sauce
1 (6 oz.) Tomato Paste
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp. Dried Rosemary
1 (10 oz.) Package Lasagna Noodles
3/4 lb. Cottage Cheese
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 lb. Sliced Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, over medium heat, cook ground beef, onions and garlic until brown. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, oregano, rosemary and thyme. Stir until well blended. Cook until heated through.

In large bowl, mix together cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Spoon layer of meat mixture into bottom of slow cooker. Add double layer of uncooked noodles. Break noodles to fit slow cooker.

Top noodles with cheese mixture and sliced mozzarella. Add layer of sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used ending with sauce.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
