1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cup flour
2 1/2 cup oatmeal (mix in a blender until a fine powder)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
12 oz.. bag milk chocolate chips (must be Ghirardelli or Guittard brand)

Preheat oven to 375º.
Cream together butter & both sugars. Mix in eggs & vanilla. Add flour, blended oatmeal, baking soda & baking powder, blend well. Add milk chocolate chips. Bake for 10 mins.
