1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 cup dry white wine
3 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
3 tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
3 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1/2 lb. linguine pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the shrimp in a medium bowl with salt and red pepper flakes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, add the shrimp and saute until just cooked through (about 1-2 minutes).
Transfer shrimp to plate and set aside.
Add onion to the same skillet (adding 1-2 tsp olive oil if necessary). Saute until translucent. Add the tomatoes with the juice, wine, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Simmer until sauce thickens, about 10 min. Return the shrimp and any accumulated juices to pan and toss. Stir in parsley and basil.
