2 4 1/2oz. Fillets
2 oz. butter
2 oz. half and half
1/4 tsp. garlic paste
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 oz. semi-sweet white wine

Directions:
Directions:
In a 6" cast iron skillet over high heat, cook the meat to desired preference. While meat is cooking, mix garlic paste, butter and half and half. When meat is cooked, shut off burner. Pour butter mixture over meat. Sprinkle oregano and basil over meat and add wine. Serve immediately.
