1 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla and pudding mix in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7-8 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets after a couple minutes and cool on wire racks. Makes about six dozen cookies.
