2 pie crusts
36 Ritz crackers crushed about 1 3/4 c
2 c water
2 c sugar
2 tsp cream of tarter
rind of 1 lemon grated
2 tab lemon juice
2 t butter
1/2 cinn

Directions:
Directions:
425º 30-35 min.

put 1 crust in 9" pie plate. place broken crackers in it.
in saucepan bring water, sugar, cream of tarter, to a boil. simmer for 15 min. add lemon rind & juice and cool. pour syrup over crackers. dot with butter and sprinkle with cinn. put the next crust on and flute
