1 c. Sugar
6 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
2 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
2 (20 oz.) Cans of Pineapple Tidbits, Drained (reserve 6 tbsp. juice)
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers
1 Stick Butter, Melted - Plus Extra for Greasing Pan

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with butter.

In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and the flour. Gradually stir in the cheese. Add the drained pineapple tidbits and stir until ingredients are well combined.

Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish. In another bowl, crush Ritz crackers. Stir in melted butter and reserved pineapple juice.

Spread crumb mixture on top of pineapple mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
