10 croissants, cut length wise
8 eggs
2 cups half&half
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer cut croissants in buttered 13x9 pan.

Mix 2 Cups Half & Half, 1 Cup Milk, 8 eggs, 2 tsp cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Pour over croissants.

Cover the dish and let it stand in the refrigerator overnight.

Next morning, remove from refrigerator and uncover the pan.

Combine the corn syrup, melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl. Smooth this mixture over the top of the croissants.

Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F

Bake for approx 45 minutes.
