3 lb. Ground Beef, 1 Box Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix, 2 eggs, little milk, worstershire sauce, 1 c. ketchup, garlic powder, Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with the exception of bacon. Form into a loaf and place in a baking pan. Top with a mixture of ketchup, garlic powder, salt, pepper and worstershire sauce that has been blended together. Rub all over the top of the loaf and top with bacon strips and rub some ketchup mixture on them too. Bake in a pre-heated oven 350º for 45 min - hour.

My kids like things without a lot of color so I don't add onions or peppers to my meatloaf. The stuffing adds a great flavor to the meat.
