2 Pot Roasts, 1 can each Progresso French Onion soup, Hearty Tomato and Cream of Mushroom, Optional - 1 C. Sour Cream,
Whole White Mushrooms, Quartered Red Potatoes with skin on, Peeled Carrots cut in big pieces, 1 lg onion

Brown Pot Roast in hot veg oil till browned on all sides. Place in a big deep baking pan (rotissarie pan works best). Heat up the soups and pour over top of roasts (add sour cream to soup if you like). Bake at 350º for at least 3 hours covered. Remove from oven and add the vegetables and bake an additional 1 1/2 hoursl. The longer it slow cooks the more tender it becomes.
